平日夜19時頃に初訪問。
以前から美味しそうと気になっていたステーキとハンバーガーのお店。
焼肉もいいけどたまにはガッツリした肉が食べたい！と近くのパーキングに車を停めて入店。
店内はテーブルが10数席ほどで、先客が3組ほど。
店員さんにお好きな席にどーぞ！と言われて奥の二人用のテーブルに着席して早速メニューチェック！
ふむ、ハンバーガー、ステーキ、ハンバーグ、そして肉に合いそうなアルコール。
これぞアメリカンなステーキ!といった感じでテンション上がります。
迷った末にシンプルなハンバーガーである
サンダーバーガーと
ハラミ&リブロースステーキ、プラスでライスとパンを注文。
10分ほどでまずはハンバーガー到着。
紙にはさんでかぶりつくとまずパンが旨い！
表面サク、中フワ。
ステーキの方にプラスしたパンも連れが頂いてアツアツサクサクで美味しい！と言ってました。
ハンバーグはほのかに中がレアないい感じ。
具材はハンバーグ、レタスのみですが、レタスもモリモリ入っている。
されどいい具合にしなっており、ハンバーグを邪魔しないよい加減。
先日食べた某ウマミにこだわるバーガーに比べるとシンプルながらバランスが良い。
ハンバーガーはこういうのでいいと思うんだ
ほどなく肉到着。
どーんと鉄板にハラミ、リブロース、コーン、モヤシ炒め、そして肉の上には小ネギたっぷり！
レモン&バターがまた食欲をそそりますねぇ！
ソースは5種類ほどから選べたので、ワサビしょうゆで！
ハラミ、旨い‥
リブロース、それほど油っぽくなく旨い‥
どちらも柔らかくて筋っぽさもなく、美味しいお肉を食べられました。
お会計は
ハラミ&リブロースそれぞれ180グラム、計360グラムが4500円
パンとライスがそれぞれ200円ほど。
ハンバーガーが1500円。
決して安いとは言えないけれど、円安インフレの昨今こんなものでしょうか。
ライスやパンが別なのは肉のみを食べたいときもある自分としてはいいなぁと思いました。
次はハンバーグを食べてみようかな
