ハンバーガーベーコントッピングと相模川の天然鮎をいただきました。
ハンバーガーはバンズの直径10㎝と小さいですがバンズもベーコンも付け合わせのピクルスも手作りで美味しかったです。
バーガー袋の強度が弱く途中で肉汁が袋を突き抜けてポタポタと漏れてきますので気を付けて下さい。
初めて食べた天然鮎もとても美味しかったです。ハンバーガーよりもこの鮎を食べて欲しくてお店をオープンしたと言っていました。
メニューは今のところハンバーガー、ミートソーススパゲティー、天然鮎と少ないです。
不器用でマイペースな店主が1人でやっているお店ですので待てる人、気にしない人のみどうぞ。
