The store's name seems to be written as ``Zawan'' and read as ``Swan.'' It is likely that the word ``swa (ru)'' in the kun reading and ``wan'' in the on reading were combined to become ``swa (wan).'' First of all, it's probably pronounced as "The One", so it's quite difficult to read. When I looked into it, I found that there was a store with the same name in Komachi, Kamakura City, but it closed in October of last year (2023). Our store opened in November of the same year. If you look at the store's logo, you might think that they are run by the same company. From Kamakura to Ebina, it may be the style to open a store if you think it will do business regardless of the address. I made a reservation and visited with my family after 6pm. Enter the store. The kitchen is on the left, and the hall is on the right. After giving your name, you will be guided to a table for four people in the back right corner. There are only table seats inside. There was one customer in front of me, but it seems like it would be difficult to pop in alone. Even more so since the place was almost full within 30 minutes. Our store has two operations, kitchen and hall. I don't know about lunch time, but I would like to know that the tempo is a little slow. To that extent (but not), the hall staff are very polite. I can feel safe. When I looked at the menu on the table, I noticed happy hour (5pm to 7pm). So, I ordered a medium-sized mug of a square highball for 300 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below) and Shirakirishima for 390 yen with hot water. The 300 yen appetizer is a triple plate. Dried daikon radish, boiled sweet potato, and fried Takoyaki. It's good to add a little extra effort while using business supplies. The fried Mexicali chicken is 580 yen, the stewed silver cod is 980 yen, and Oyster and bacon gratin is 980 yen. Although the simmering process is not made from scratch, the result is a nice seasoning. All items are worth the price. I wanted to try sake, but the menu only lists branded sake. I asked the staff if they had any sake to warm up, and they said they did. I asked for a large sake bottle. A large glass of warm sake was 1,000 yen. Let's finish by ordering more ate. Salad with homemade yuzu apple dressing for 480 yen and assorted 3 types of sashimi for 1,280 yen. fresh vegetables and fish. These are also highly satisfying. The interior is bright and has Cafeterias feel, but it can't be helped since it has both lunch and main dishes. A small plate is prepared for each bite. It also suits you. How wonderful! Even if prices are listed in a straightforward manner, there will be no impact.
