[Yokohama Iekei Ramen] Ichirokuya independent store! Opened on December 1, 2017
*Minamoto Kizunaya's Commitment* We use domestic pork for our char siu! Healthy pork with little fat is slowly simmered at low temperature and marinated in a special sauce to make it moist and tender.
... The rare char siu, cooked at low temperature in a vacuum, and pork belly cartilage are also made from domestic pork. We also use cheese oil, which is golden in color and has a strong flavor and a rich aroma. The eggs are marinated in a homemade soy sauce sauce and left to sit for a day, making Gyoza / Dumpling soft and delicious. Our very popular Gyoza / Dumpling are made with domestic meat and vegetables. We recommend adding a little spicy miso!
