蒸さないで焼き上げる鰻を初めて頂きました。
場所はかなりいきづらい場所です。
予約のみ受け付けてますが意外と空いていて当日予約でも入れます。
うな重の寿を注文
たれのかば焼きと白焼が半分ずつのっています。
白焼はわさびとおろしで食べるようで個人的には少し物足りなかったです。
かば焼きはめちゃめちゃ美味しい。
鰻自体かなり脂が乗っていて、寿の量自体もかなりあるので後半キツかった。。
金額もかなり高めなのでコスパは微妙なところですが焼きを食べたくなったらまた来たいです。
