1週間前、12時半頃に伺ったところ、「予約客で満席」だったため、すぐ近くの寿司屋さんに伺うことになったのですが、今回は出来上がった眼鏡を受け取るついでに伺いました。
時刻は11時35分。
カウンターの左端の席に案内されました。
日替わりメニュー（880円）のトンテキにも食指が動いたものの、予め決めていた「重ねカツの卵とじ御膳：1,650円」をご飯半分でお願いしました。
豚カツが揚げられたり、閉じていかれる様子を眺めながらゆったりと待ちます。その間に、後客が続々と訪れ、席に案内されていきます。殆どが予約客のようで、フリーの客はカウンターに案内されたお一人さま2名だけのようでした。
注文から13分後、カウンター越しに卵とじが提供されました。ご飯と味噌汁（豚汁）は間髪を入れずにフロアスタッフから提供されます。ご飯に関しては、茶碗が上品な大きさだったため普通盛りでも良かったかな、と若干反省でした。
卵とじは、甘辛い出汁が美味しく、満足なランチでした。
日替わりのトンテキ、調理しているところを眺めていましたが、こちらを頼んでいればCPは満点だったかも知れません。
ちなみに、後客が続々と訪れ、お店を出ると、一週間前と同じく「只今の時間 ご予約のお客様のみ」の表示がありました。
