小田原駅に隣接した商業施設「ミナカ小田原」の3Fにある小田原新城下町の一角にあるお店です。
3Fは、城下町風の広場になっていて、色々なお店が並んでいて、食べ歩きができます。
私は、鯵の唐揚げ(250円)を購入しました。
鰺を独自の加工法により頭から尻尾まで全てを美味しく食べらるように揚げているそうです。
日本唐揚げ協会主催「からあげグランプリ」でも金賞、最高金賞を受賞した一品です。
塩レモン、醤油、カレー、ペペロンチーノ、あおさ、ゆず胡椒など味が選べます。
私は、シンプルに塩レモンをいただきました。
外はカリカリで中はふっくらとしていて、美味しかったです。
ビールが飲みたくなる味でした(笑)
