冷えても美味しい鯵の唐揚げ。
鯵と言うとフライのイメージ、唐揚げなんて食べたことない。
ホントに冷えてても美味しいのか、早速塩をいただいてみる。
キンキンに冷えている訳ではなく、常温。
サクッ、パリッとした食感の後には鯵の旨みが爆発。
頭から食べても、苦味やクセがなく、鯵特有の魚臭さもなし。
しっかり揚がってるので、骨も気にせず完食。
塩の他に、しょうゆ、カレー、ペペロンチーノ、マヨネーズ。
他は食べてないけど、おそらく塩が一番鯵の旨みを引き出してるんじゃないかな。
これ、クセになりそう。
