Grilled skewer are made with fresh chicken that is ground every morning and is carefully skewered one by one. We recommend the homemade meatballs made with 4 types of ground meat and the extremely fresh liver. The homemade miso that comes with the garnish is a special miso created using flavorful vegetables that goes well with Grilled skewer. Other specialties include the exquisite oden simmered in the added dashi stock, and the rich chicken paitan soup that has been simmered for a long time, which is an indispensable finishing touch. All of them can be enjoyed at reasonable prices.

Our special umeboshi ``Ume no Yado'', which is also used in our specialty umeboshi sour, is made using a meticulous manufacturing method. The plums we use are ripe plums from Kishu, and are low in salt at 7%, with just the right amount of sweetness and sourness, and feature plenty of flesh wrapped in a thin skin, and have been well-received as ``Japanese Sweets.''
