The homemade pizza dough is made from Hokkaido wheat and kneaded with potatoes and has a chewy texture. The ingredients used are local Odawara ingredients and Australian meat. The menu changes depending on the season, so you can enjoy a different taste each season. We are also very particular about our ``meat pies.'' The meat we use is Austrian Wagyu beef. Since we use two types: cubed and minced, you can enjoy the texture as well. Flavorful New Zealand butter is used in the pie crust, porcini sauce, and mashed potatoes. In addition, by using Australian red wine for the sauce, we created a harmonious and mild taste.
