知っていたけど有名すぎて避けていたオーベルジュ。
記念日なので宿泊しながら食事をしました。
夕食はグレードアップしたコースをお願いしました。品数は多くワインを楽しむには良いと思いました。
アミューズの品数が多く、一口サイズでワインと楽しむには良いと思いました。
アマゴやワカサギ、山菜など地元の食材も上手に使ってます。
鮑やサザエなど貝類も味付けや仕上がりも良かった。
ワインは食事に合わせたものを用意して頂きましたが普段では選ばない物が多く、色々な味を楽しめました。
サービスは丁寧で食事はとてもしやすく楽しめました。
朝食は特別な感じはしませんが丁寧な感じがしました。
静かで雰囲気も良いのですが設備は少し古さを感じて残念な感じです、清潔感もイマイチですが森の中なので仕方ないと思いました。
老舗のオーベルジュと言われるこの場所に来ることが出来て良い経験になったと思いました。
