お店は風祭駅からだと歩いて7分ほど、
入生田駅からは10分ほどかかります。
お店には広い駐車場もあるので
車での利用も良さげです。
店内は1階と2階に分かれており
テーブルはやや狭めですが
他のお客さんと目が合わない配置に配慮されていて
外の光が入って気持ちの良い雰囲気でした！
ちなみに時間指定の予約はできないけど
売り切れてしまうことも多いので
1ヶ月くらい前に
取り置きの電話をしておくのがオススメ！

お店についてまず行うのが店内での受付。
入り口の前にボードが出ていたら
受付は可能なので
ご飯の量やご飯を別添えにするなど
希望があればリクエストをお伝えしましょう！
受付では時間が伝えられるので
その時間までは自由行動ができます。
まず席についたらお茶やお新香提供され、
ほとんど待たずに
取り置きした白焼きが出てきました！
わさびを自分で削れるので
ゴリゴリ楽しんで削りました笑
白焼きは大きくて肉厚！
脂もしっかり乗っていて美味しいし
箸で触れると
簡単にほぐれてしまうくらいにふわっふわ！
さきたての肝は濃いめのタレが絡んでいて
卵黄と一緒にいただきます。
鰻のキモ焼きを食べるのははじめてだったけど
プリッとした食感で
思ったよりクセがなく楽しめました。
うな重のご飯は大盛りで！
白焼きと同様にこっちも鰻が大きく
ご飯が隠れるくらいびっしり敷き詰められていて
見た目からテンションが上がります！
白焼きもシンプルで美味しいけれど
うな重も甘いタレと合わさってご飯がすすむし
ふかふかで食べ応えもしっかりあって美味しかった！
タレや山椒、わさびもお好みで加えられるので
味変もできるし
飽きずに最後まで美味しく食べられました！
あんまうなぎって食べる機会なかったし
詳しい違いはそんなわからないけど
ここのは本当美味しかったなぁ！
女将さんの接客もとても丁寧で
気持ちよく過ごせたし
超人気店にも関わらず一見さんお断りではなく、
誰でも平等に予約が取れるのがまた
嬉しいなぁ。
あ、帰りにお手洗いも寄ったら
必要以上におしゃれで
用を足していいのか一瞬迷いました。笑
