GWなか日の平日に訪問
このお店のシステムは、席予約ではなく鰻予約となります。
今回は事前に1ヶ月前ほどにうな重を予約し、2日前に急遽白焼きを追加
もうなくなってるかと思いましたが、追加出来ました
ラッキーなのかどうなのか…？
席は予約されてないので、当日は10時開店1巡目を目指し、9時30分に到着
がしかし、店前の駐車場は満車
第2駐車場へ…くっ、間に合わないか
と思いましたが、ギリギリラスト1枠に滑り込みセーフです

何が鰻かわからない…カツオの酒盗のような感じです
・白焼き ◎
山椒味噌・柚子胡椒・ワサビが事前に出てきます
皮パリからの濃厚脂 やられます
個人的には柚子胡椒＋醤油がお気に入りの食べ方です

ご飯の量は大盛り無料です
一口食べるとクラクラになります
脂の乗り具合がヤバい！！！めちゃめちゃ美味い
接客もよく、店の方から進んでお残しがあったら包んでくれるとの言葉も頂き、味・接客ともに大満足でした
店を出る時には、待ちは1時間ほど
