鰻好きな人なら皆さんご存知の友栄さん✨✨ゴールデンウィークの1泊旅行の初日、先ず立ち寄りました。
予約は出来なくて鰻の取り置きは可能と言うことがどういうことか余りに良く分かっていなくて、訪ねたらまぁひっきりなしに車人人...
本日の鰻の確保はもう終わりと書いてありやっぱりそう簡単には行かないかと思いつつ2日間チャンスがあるのでお店の方に伺ったら、明日なら鰻の取り置きが可能とのこと✨✨✨❣️
早速お願いしました!!
そして大体何時頃来店するかを聞かれ、来たらその時点で順番待ちになること等色々教えて頂きました。
そして翌日11時予約で10:30に来店、45分位の待ちと言われ車内で待ちました。結局呼ばれて席に着いたのは1時間後、そして頂きますになったのはその30分後でしたが、予めそれくらい待つのは覚悟だったし、車内で待てたので時間もそれ程気にならず、友栄さんの鰻を頂くことが出来ました✨✨
こちらの鰻は青鰻でほぼ330ｇあり、通常は200ｇ、1.7倍もの大きさがあるそう。食べ切れ無い場合はお持ち帰りも出来るとメニューにありましたが、到着したお重の蓋を開けると、ドーンと大きな鰻が入り切らず重なっています✨✨( ˶>ᴗ<˶)この段階でもうかなりテンション高い(〃∇︎〃)
一口頂いたらふわふわ、トロットロ
焼き加減はそれ程強くない感じがしましたが、焦げもなくきれいでツヤツヤ✨✨
しばらくそのまま頂き、残りは山椒かけて..これも鰻には欠かせません(^-^)
脂がかなり乗っているのに、でもそれ程脂っこく無い！？後からも胸焼けとかせずに頂けたのはやはり上質なものだから！？(*´艸`)
肝吸いと5種類のお新香も付いています。
鰻の時に良く奈良漬が良く付いていて、こちらにもありましたが、これがまた美味しいんですよね！鰻のご飯にとても合うなぁと私はいつも思ってしまいますˆˆ;✨
かなりの鰻の分量ですが、あまりの美味しさにもちろん完食✨✨
お店には常連さんもたくさんいる様です。
お店の方はどなたもとても親切で手際良く、急須で出されたお茶のお代わりも気遣ってくれました。
二人で大きな声では恥ずかしいけどやっぱり美味しさが違うね〜等と友栄さんの鰻堪能させて頂きました✨✨
また昨今の物価やお店の格や鰻と言うことを考えるとこのお値段はかなりお値打ちなのかなぁと思います!!
鰻を確保して、多少の待ちは当たり前と思っていれば、誰でも、ずっとアワードに輝くお店の鰻を意外と気軽に味わえるなんて本当に有難いことです✨✨
今回の旅行の良い思い出になりました‼️
