この度はプライベートで箱根を訪問しました
富士屋ホテルさんに宿泊して翌日の朝食で「菊華荘」さんにお伺いしました
皇室の宮ノ下御用邸を1946年に払い下げを受けた建物で店舗内には今も菊の紋が残っており、歴史を感じられます
8:00頃に行くと4組お待ちでしたが、程なく席に案内されました
昔のままの庭園が見える席に案内され、朝食の配膳を待ちます
少し時間がかかりましたが、お客様も多かったので、止むを得ないと思います
朝食の内容は以下の通り
①小田原昇珠園 完熟十郎梅干し
②小鉢
三島杉正農園 小松菜煮浸し、松代 薄揚げ
おから炊き
木の子松前漬け、箱根山の湯葉
明太子、山の芋
③焼物
目鉢鮪かまとろ西京漬け、卵焼き、鬼おろし
小田原名物 焼板蒲鉾、天城山葵金山寺漬け、花豆艷煮

連れ曰く、
「今まで食べた朝食の中で一番美味しかった」
全てのお品が納得の味わいだったそうです
とても爽やかな朝が訪れました
