富士屋ホテルの離れ、「旧御用邸 菊華荘」で、華会席を頂きました。
歴史や伝統を感じる落ち着いた雰囲気の中、食材から盛り付けまでひと皿ひと皿に料理長を始めもてなす側の拘りとホスピタリティを感じつつ堪能させて頂きました。
最近はどこへ行ってもインバウンドの方々が多いですが、こちらもご多分に漏れずで半数は外国人客だった気がします。
和のしっとりした空間の中でクオリティの高い和を頂きながらも、雰囲気はまさに和洋折衷といった感じでした。
