The Hakone Sweets collection became a specialty during this period. I was looking forward to this year too! I chose Kihinkan's Sweets from among the many available, and I was very satisfied with the results✿ ~Flower News~ ・Sakura Yokan A beautiful Japanese Japanese Confectionery reminiscent of the ephemeral cherry blossoms at night.❀ ・Strawberry Mont Blanc with sweet and sour strawberry sauce It was a recommended item for strawberry Sweets lovers. ・Pistachio and white chocolate crunch This was my favorite! The crunch part is sweet and crunchy, and according to the official website, it's called "streusel"! The combination of pistachio and white chocolate brings happiness♡ Since it was only possible to reserve Sweets themselves on the Hakone Sweets Collection website, I later made a reservation for only the seats Tabelog. As expected, the interior of the historic guesthouse is exceptionally beautiful, and we had a wonderful time enjoying delicious Sweets in a seat overlooking the garden. ꕤ︎︎·͜· It's a bit cold in the winter, so women should bring one layer of clothing or a throw blanket. I think it would be better to have a muffler that can be used instead. There were paintings on display inside the building, but it seems that the place that was originally used as a storehouse is now being used as an exhibition room! With delicious food and spectacular paintings, it was a wonderful holiday that delighted both the palate and the eyes! I would like to try soba next time...I would like to visit again❁
