箱根旅行の際に食べログで見つけたお店。
評価も高く、雰囲気のよさそうなお店だったので入店しました。
土曜日でしたが14時ということもあってかお客様もまばらで十分に空席がありました。
お玄関を入るも店員がおらずどうしてよいのかさ迷っていところ、お店を出られるお客様のお見送りで店員が来たので中へ案内してもらいました。
月の間というお部屋へ通された時点でお客様は５組ほど、すぐに２組ほどが退店され私たちが注文を終えたあとに2組が新たに入店。
その後、待てど暮らせど注文の品が来ることはなく、ようやくお子様ランチ（蕎麦以外）が出てきました。先に娘に食事をとらせていたところ、後から来た向いのテーブルに穴子御膳を思われる食事が提供され、その後もしばらく我々のところに御膳が来ることはありませんでした。
しばらくしてお子様御膳のお蕎麦が来て、初めに注文してから25分ほど経ってようやく穴子御膳が一つだけ提供され、私が先に頂くことに。残りの1つがなかなか来ず、娘も食事を終えてしまい次の予定の時間が迫っていたため、その旨を伝えてキャンセルしたいと申し出たところ、「穴子が折れてしまい作り直している、すぐにお持ちします」とのことでした。
しかしながら我々が注文した後に来店したお客様に同じ御膳が先に提供されているにも関わらず、その言い訳はあまりにも通用しないので、再度キャンセルをお願いしましたがすぐに御膳が提供されて「作ってしまいましたのでお代は必要ないので食べてください」とのこと。
結果的に主人も提供されたものを頂いたので、「お代は支払います」と申し出て注文した分はすべてお支払いして退店しましたが、私たちが入店した際にお見送りをされていたにもかかわらず、我々が退店時にはお見送りもなく、そのまま次の予定地へ。
三島スカイウォークで娘をアスレチックに連れていく予定でしたが、40分以上のロスタイムのために受付が終了していて遊びに連れていくことができませんでした。
飛び込みでたまたま見つけたお店に入った私たちも悪かったのですが、お店の方が言う「穴子が折れてしまった」ために京都からわざわざ目的を持って行っているのに、大幅に予定が狂ってしまい大変残念な気分になりました。
