神奈川県足柄下郡箱根町湯本にある【喜之助】に伺いました。箱根湯本駅から徒歩7〜８分くらい。
アジは食べたいけフライも食べたいとのことで「アジフライ定食」を注文。また単品で「からあげ」「肉寿司」を注文
メインのアジフライは2枚ついており、1枚目は癖なくとても美味。もう一枚は少し臭みがありました(個体差？)。
唐揚げは薄い衣で素材の味を楽しめます。肉寿司は風通に美味しい。
お店の雰囲気はいいですが、料理の写真と実物が違うのがちょっと疑問でした。
