Probably the last family trip with my younger brother and sick parents. Due to the typhoon, we had to wait at Kyoto Station for more than 6 hours, and at that point I was exhausted. We arrived at around 8pm and had dinner right away. All the dishes were ready. It was polite and beautiful, and the seasoning was elegant but not too weak, with a perfect balance ✨ My mother, who has dementia, can't taste food at all, and she doesn't even understand where she is right now, but I hope she has some happy and fun feelings. I wish I could get it
