Food ★Summary soba made by a Japanese-style meal chef
Hand-made in the shop every day using water from Mt. Hakone. We use flour that matches the season, from Hokkaido to Tohoku to Nagano, while monitoring the humidity and temperature of the day.
Space★A seat with a view overlooking Sagami Bay in the distance
We offer table seats as well as seats with a view of the Hakone mountains and Sagami Bay in the distance. For evening meals, please use the tatami room at the back of the restaurant.
Food ★Soba-mae x Kanagawa local sake
We offer seasonal dishes and assorted soba dishes, as well as Odawara oden, soba miso, and soba oysters. The local sake selection is mainly from Kanagawa breweries, including Hakoneyama Junmai Ginjo, Tanzawayama Junmai, Matsumi Tori Ginjo Gin, Setoichi Tsuki ga Kirei Da Junmai Ginjo, Soga Homare Ginjo, and Odawara Hojo Junmai.
