ディナーでうかがいました。
場所は、駅前の大通りを海に向かって直進した先です。
2006年開店のこちらのお店は来年オープンから17年を迎えます。
店内はカウンター6席、奥に10人席の座敷、小上がりも2卓あります。
大将と女将さんのおもてなしの温かいお店です。
お魚は、隣町の真鶴漁港の魚市場から、ほぼ毎日直接仕入れており、新鮮な魚介でした。
加えて葉山牛など地産地消を美味しく楽しめました。
目の前の海で獲れた朝どれの生しらす、しらすの沖漬け
オリジナル度の高い串焼きは、豚バラ巻きの串焼きですが、とても美味しかったです。
本マグロのすき身を使ったトロたくの海苔巻きも、本マグロの味に海苔の香りが合わさって素晴らしかったです。
facebookアカウントで仕入れた食材を掲載されており、どんな美味しい料理がいただけるのかとワクワクします。
大量のキープボトルも地元のお客様の厚い支持の証として安心感があります。
楽しく美味しく過ごせました。
