ぶらりと訪れた真鶴。
でも、食べる所は、食べログで狙って、初めての訪問。
訪問するまでは、刺身定食一択で、食べる気満々でしたが、お店でメニューを見てるうちに、お勧めの煮魚定食が気になりだして、思い切って、煮魚定食を注文。電車で移動だから、ビールは外せません。
ビールには、塩辛が付いて来て、有難いです。
程なく、煮魚定食が登場。金目鯛の煮付けに、何やら別の魚のアラ煮が…
先ずは、アラ煮を…これは、ブリか、サワラか…
甘辛のタレがしみて旨い。
続いてメインの金目鯛の煮付け。
煮魚だけど、身がしっかりとしているのか、歯応えも少し残っていて、甘辛のタレによく合います。ほぐした身を、タレに良く絡ませて、ご飯の上に載せて、即席の丼。旨いとしか言いようがありません。目玉の周りのゼラチン質も旨い。
お店お勧めの煮魚定食。正解でした。
