10時50分に到着すると、店前に置かれた椅子に、先客の2組6人が座っ待っている。車を降りて並ぶと、女将さんが寒いからと店を開けてくれ、皆を招き入れてくれた。厨房に面したカウンター5席と、4人テーブル2卓。店前にもテーブルが置かれ、左隣の店舗も中で繋がっている。限定10食の「開華丼」は、四角い丼の上に、カンパチ・イナダ・スルメイカ・アジのタタキに、あと一種赤身の刺身が、はみ出すほどに載っている。あら汁と小鉢・小皿が付いて1000円と超リーズナブル。あら煮＆刺身定食は、イナダ・アジのタタキ・スルメイカの刺身三点盛と、金目鯛やイナダなどの色々な魚のあらが、サラッとしているが濃い味に煮つけられ、大皿で提供される。ご飯とあら汁に小鉢・小皿が付いてボリューム満点。カウンター席に座った特権で、カンパチのトロを一切れずつサービスしてくれ、上質な脂が舌の上で溶けるのを、愉しむ事ができた。超大満足でごちそうさまでした。
