高知に行く予定があったので、
予約をして『黒尊』さんに行きました(^ ^)
予約の時間が17時。10分くらい早めに
お店に入ると、意外と空いている( °◊° )
カウンター席に座り、ビールを注文していると
17時きっちりに、お客さんが一気に来て満席！
外で待ってたの？って思うくらいに(*^o^*)
こちらはお店はメニュー表は無くて
コース仕立てになっています。
お料理の出てくるタイミングは食べ終わってから
自分で声を掛ければ、次の料理を出してくれます。

リュウキュウを使った前菜
地元須崎産の野菜らしいです。
◎お造り盛り合わせ
鯛・シマアジ・ぶり・ホタテ・さざえ
ぶりの上には、にんにくの葉を使った「ぬた」が
あります。 少しにんにくの香りがしますが美味！
ボリューム満点で、美味しいです(^ ^)
◎塩鰹たたき
かなり分厚くて、何より断面が美しい(°o° )
皮が熱いうちに食べるのが、オススメ！
熱いのと冷たい部分、そして香ばしさ。
タイミングもあるけど私の今日イチ(* ॑꒳ ॑*)
◎ぶり大根
ねぎがドッサリ、豆腐も染みてたね。
ちょっと甘めであっさり系
冷たいものの後に、鍋はたまらんですね(*^^*)
◎天ぷら
鮎・ウツボ(* ॑꒳ ॑*) あとは、筍と卵焼き。
鮎も美味しかったし、ウツボも美味(*´༥` *)
◎お寿司
〆です。最後にどのくらい食べれる？って
聞いてくれます(^-^)
日本酒も４合くらいかな？
美味しかったです。

こちらのお店は、ゆっくり過ごすというより
美味しいものを、たくさん食べる感じかな( *¯ ꒳¯*)
この塩たたきは本当に美味しかった( ˊᵕˋ*)
お代は19000円くらいだったかな？(*^^*)
