今回も塩タタキをいただきました(^_^)/
カツオの旬からは外れていますが、さすがのやいろ亭さんです。
美味しくいた...
食べたのはニンニクラーメンのみなので、総評とまではいきませんが、にんにくマニアとしては最高でした。麺が見えないほどのにんにく。１ヶ月半、体臭がもろニンニク。当時は専業だったので、食べることができたけど...
