It was rebuilt and reopened on October 1, 2012. The first floor is a counter restaurant, and the second floor is an izakaya as before. The counter kaiseki course (first floor) is 18,000 yen (tax included) Two-hour all-you-can-drink course (second floor) is 7,700 yen and 9,900 yen (tax included) Two courses of food only (second floor) are 8,000 yen and 12,000 yen (tax included) |
こちら高知市、高知橋の電停から橋を渡り、右に曲がって川沿いを歩くと店はあります。
前日に予約すると幸運にも空席あり、立派な個室に案内されました。オーダーは座屋御膳。
先付けとして白身魚の茶碗蒸し、なめらかな茶碗蒸しをいくらでアクセントにしてます。
次にお刺身や煮物、ご飯にお椀が来ました。
まずは鰹のトロことはらんぼの焚き合わせ。揚げたはらんぼは脂のり最高、濃いめの揚げ出し豆腐のような汁、高知の秋の味覚、四方竹も入ってます、美味い。
そしてお刺身はかつお、イカ。かつおは藁焼きせずお刺身?かつお本来の味わいがしっかりしてますねー。
魚の南蛮漬け、かぼちゃ煮物をつまみつつ、茹で鶏の酢味噌かけ。少し藁焼きの香りかなあ、鶏のスモーキーさがグッドでした。
後から来たのは金目鯛の麹漬け焼きとオリーブ牛たたき。オリーブ牛使用、柔らかく赤身の旨みたっぷり。金目鯛はカマの脂の部分ですが、麹漬けなのかまろやか。付け添えは高知の秋の味覚、四方竹だったのも嬉しかったです。
忘れてならないのがご飯。四万十川源流米、米の旨みが強く素晴らしい!少し香り米もブレンドしてあるらしく、ほのかな香りが何とも言えません。
デザートとクリームブリュレ、上のカリカリカラメルが秀逸、ここまで全て美味しかったです。
高知の味覚をふんだんに取り入れた、素晴らしい和食でした。
