ここも気になっていたお店、久すのせ。
土佐の料理をメインに、鍋物もあるので、寒い日にはもってこいの居酒屋さんです。
他店だと鍋物は、宴会・コース料理等でお目にかかれませんが、久すのせ人気の鍋料理、通常メニューであります。 少人数にはありがたいお店です。
刺身三種盛：かつお・かんぱち・貝柱
黒毛和牛のすじ煮込み：醤油味です。 すじはホロホロです。
山芋鍋：人気の山芋鍋。 具沢山ですｗ 鶏・魚介・野菜色々入ってます。 山芋も鉄板焼きとは違って、弾力のある食感に。 鶏ガラ等を使った、あっさりした塩スープ。 いくらでも食べれるｗｗ
海老餃子揚：パリッパリの皮にプリプリの海老。 やはり高知の餃子は揚文化なのか。
美味しく頂きました。
