Even though it was in Kochi city, the bonito was really delicious! Of course, the tataki was delicious, but the bonito sashimi with lots of garlic and other condiments on top is the best. There is no odor at all and the plump texture is irresistible! Not only the bonito, but also the mackerel has a chewy texture. I was even more shocked than the bonito because it was so filling.
