夏の高知旅行一日目。
夜は、案内してくれた地元のお連れのオススメ、こちらのお店へ。
けっこう早め、たぶん5時半すぎくらいに行ったが、
すでにかなりうまっていて、予約もほぼ満席っぽい。
カウンターのスキマに入れてもらう。
高知名物のオススメは、すべてお連れにお任せ。
カツオの塩タタキ…身が分厚くて藁焼きならではのこうばしさ。
チャンバラ貝…小さな巻き貝ですが、味がありお酒に合う。
川エビ天ぷら…四万十川でとれた手ながエビをからりと。
ウツボの唐揚げ…タタキがオススメらしいけどなかったので。タンパクな味わい
その他もたくさんオーダーして、高知の味覚満喫。
地酒がいろいろあったのも良かったです。
船中八策、の名を持つお酒は、龍馬のように潔い辛口でした。
