四国ツーリングの目的として高知でカツオ喰らう！
充分に堪能させていただきました。
＊カツオ塩タタキ
美味しい！ここでこれを食べてからはポン酢で食べなくなった。厚切りのほんのり温かいタタキは最高です。おかわりしちゃいました！
＊スマカツオ刺身
食感を変えて刺身で頂きました、カツオというがサバ科のお魚さんだけそうですが、コッテリ油が乗った美味しいお刺身でした
＊アナゴから揚げ
コラーゲンたっぷりのゼラチン質としっかりした白身の歯応えが絶妙！ 大好き
＊川海老唐揚げ
ほんとおつまみに最高！四万十川は行きたい所の一つだと再認識した
たっぷりと高知を堪能させていただきました♪ごちそうさまでした。
美味しくて、楽しくて写真撮り忘れた！ 無念！
