2015年11月の高知出張時、高知市追手筋に位置する割烹風居酒屋「酒菜 浪漫亭 高知本店」で土地の方々等と一杯やりました。生ビールで乾杯後、次々と土佐料理が運ばれてきました。お通し（ちゃんばら貝、酒盗、生しらす）からいきなり美味かったです！
直ぐに運ばれてきた、ご当地の看板名物「かつおのたたき」ですが、大皿のたたき皿鉢と一人前ずつポン酢系のタレに漬かった二種類が用意されました。本場の「かつおのたたき」は何しろ美味いです！濃厚な旨味です。ご当地では超定番ですが、生ニンニクのスライスと一緒に食べるのが美味です。
他に、刺身盛り、鴨鍋、土佐巻、四万十青さ海苔天婦羅･･更には金目鯛のあら汁まで登場！何を食べても本当に美味しかったです。土佐の魚の美味さは以前から知っていましたが、鴨鍋のレベルも高いです。四万十川名物の青さのりを使用した四万十青さ海苔天婦羅も初めて食べましたが、香りがとても良く、四万十川を思い浮かべながら美味しく完食しました。
お酒の方は、地元・土佐鶴の燗酒をご当地名物・可杯でガンガン頂きました。食べて呑んで大満足の一夜となりました。
（これだけ呑んで食べたにも関らず、土地の方のご好意で、この後二軒も梯子しました。）
