数年前から、高知でお邪魔している・友人お薦めの居酒屋さんです。
出張で、全国を飛び回っている生活？ですが、偶には旧友と
飲める機会があります。
昔は関西に住んでいて、今は地元・高知で起業している男です。
その悪友と、飲む時に紹介してくれたお店です。
写メは沢山あるのですが、羽目を外し過ぎて公開不可です。 （笑
お店は、はりまや橋のビジネスホテル街の近くにあります。
見た目は、ちょっと高級感のある小料理屋さんチックです。

暖簾をくぐると玄関となり、靴を脱いでの入店です。
１Fはカウンター席に、お座敷席で会社帰りにいいやんです。
２Fは、個室のお部屋です。
先ずは、ビールで再会を祝います。
メニューを見ながら、カツオの叩きをお願いしますが、友人から
「カツオは塩でやで」と言われ、塩カツオ？に変更です。

うつぼの何とかと、高知に来たらなんちゃらの押し寿司も食わなで、
注文してます。 ←昔から、こんな男です・笑
カツオの塩叩きを、一口です。
ポン酢ではなく、鰹を塩につけて食します。
カツオの叩きと言えばポン酢やろでしたが、大きな間違いでした。
新鮮なカツオは臭味がなく、アラ塩と良く馴染みうまいなぁです。
大阪では、食べられない味ですね。
注） その日の水揚げにより、無い時もあるそうです。
人生・初、うつぼです。
僕の中でうつぼのイメージは、ザ・ディープと言う映画で
穴を覗き込んだダイバーの頭が、巨大うつぼにガブリと。。。（怖
肉質は白身魚みたいで、淡白な味わいでした。
これはこれで、珍味的味わいでいいかも？ですね。
押し寿司は、酢の加減も良く美味しくいただけました。
一個×２がかなりボリューミーですけど。。。 （汗
ただ問題なのは、テーブルに置く事が出来ないおちょこです。
底の部分が、コマのような形状で日本酒が苦手な僕でも、
飲まずにはいかない？構造となっています。。。。（爆
ふらふらになるまで飲んで、二人で8000円強い。
出張族で、安くて美味い居酒屋さんをでしたら、お勧めかな。
