旅行で初めて訪れた高知県。
桂浜へ向かう途中はりまや橋付近で蒸し寿司ののぼりを発見。
最近ハマっていた「みをつくし料理帖」という江戸時代を描いた小説に
ひょっとこ温(ぬく)寿司というものがあって密かに興味があった食べ物でした。
蒸し寿司目当てで入ったけど、清水サバのにぎりが衝撃のおいしさでした。
高知では新鮮な鯖を刺身で食べられると聞いていたけど、これほどおいしいとは!
以前鹿児島で食べて以来の生鯖、サイコーでした。
店員さんのお話も楽しくて心地よく、
蒸し寿司は地元のOLさんがランチに食べに来ると言ってました。
寒い時に蒸したての寿司を食べれるなんて、高知県のOLさんが羨ましい。
東京にも蒸し寿司があったらいいのにな。
高知に行ったらまた行きたいお店です。
