日曜市にて土佐の食材を買い揃え、朝食がてらひろめ市場へ。
本日、車で広島に帰る為、残念ですが(^^;ノンアルビールで喉を潤します
店頭で謳われている、鯛めしも食べたかったのですが、今回は、カツオのタタキを殆どいただいてないので、カツオのタタキ(税込1,100円)の塩をオーダーです。
お馴染みのニンニク、刻みネギをオンしていただきました♪
初ガツオの弾力、戻りガツオの脂のノリなど、時期的に外してる分、それと比べるとやや落ちる感。
ただ、塩でカツオの味を楽しめるのは高知ならでは❤️
さっぱりした柑橘系の汁もぶっかけて土佐の味を楽しみました＾＾
次回は鯛めしを試してみたいと思います。
