高知県高知市、ひろめ市場にあるお店。
ひろめ市場のメインエントランスを入ってすぐ左手にあるので分かりやすいです。空きテーブルを探して市場内をさまよっていると、ちょうどこの店の前の席を係りの人が清掃されていたので座りました。
そして目の前のこちらで
生ビール@600
どろめ（鰯の稚魚）@480
を注文。
ひろめ市場のお店の生ビールは回転が良くて鮮度が良いのか？美味しい気がします。どろめを少しづつ食べながらビールをゴクッといくと口の中の潮の風味がビールに洗われて良いですｗ。
ウツボたたき@960と生ビール追加。
うつぼたたきは独特の食感です。おいしいですが、「うつぼ」のビジュアルは思い出さないように食べますｗ。
