Gomen Kenka Shamo is a rare, traditional 100% purebred chicken, the same as the one Sakamoto Ryoma ate. It has a rich flavor, firm meat, and a great bite. It may tire your jaw, but please enjoy the deliciousness of real Shamo chicken to your heart's content.
