今回で第７弾となった須崎鍋焼きらーめんの舞台となったのは「杉乃家」さん。
須崎プリンスホテルのすぐ傍にある。
和風の店内にはカウンター席、テーブル席、小上がり席があり壁や天井には
所狭しと石鯛の魚拓が飾られていたが大将の趣味なのだろうか？定かではない。
鍋焼きらーめんは戦後に誕生した須崎庶民のソウルフード。
約６０年もの間、親しまれているご当地らーめんにはルールがあるようだ。
☆スープは親鳥の鶏ガラベース
☆硬めに仕上げたストレートの細麺
☆器は土鍋（ホーロー・鉄鍋）を使う
☆具は親鳥の肉、ネギ、生卵、竹輪など
「感想」
６月の蒸し暑かった日、エアコンが効いておらず、麺もの～びのび！もっと硬めに仕上げて
欲しかったぜよ！
