再度の熊本出張。
終了後にレセプションがあったのですが、
せっかくの出張、地元の美味しいものを
食べたかったので、さわりだけ出席。
半ばで退出し夜の熊本美味いも...
熊本出張の帰りに、1時間程度の軽い飲みで利用。工事中のビルの地下にあるので、少し見つけにくいかもです。

予約は3名以上からとのことだったので、
飛び込みで訪問。

熊本が好きで何度か馬刺しを、食べているが最高でしょう。馬刺しの他に、魚の刺身、焼き馬、馬肉と納豆、レバー刺し、ホルモン焼き、果てはポテサラまで、外れなしでした。
