1度訪問したことがあり、それなりに良かった印象があったので再訪。今回は連休中ということもあり、事前に連絡をしました。
予約時の対応から訪問当日に至るまでの対応は良かったです。訪問数日前に確認の電話があった際は確実に取っておきますよんと言われた品物がなんと…
訪問した際にいきなり、モノがないと言われる。連絡くらいほしかったのと、そのモノは隣の席の団体で3つ提供されている。
はぁ⁉︎そういう店なのね。と正直残念。
仮に提供が難しくても、自分らの席など配慮すればいいのに。
モノが準備できなかったことはある意味仕方がないこと
だと思う。しかし、そういう状況にいる席のとなりで大々的に提供されている姿は褒められたモノではない。
馬刺しはじめ料理はそこそこなだけに残念。
いくら人気店であろうが、こういった対応はいかがなものかと思う
