I used it at a social gathering on the first day of my business trip to Kumamoto. This store is recommended by locals. All the dishes are delicious, especially the horse meat! Not only was I able to enjoy parts of the horse that I don't often see in Honshu, but I was also able to enjoy horse fat, which I didn't really like, without any unpleasant texture or aroma. I usually only eat lean horse sashimi, but the horse meat at this restaurant is in a class of its own. And the fish in Kyushu is definitely delicious! The sashimi is firm, has a great texture, and has great flavor. The sweet soy sauce goes really well with it. Thank you for the meal.
