ＳＷということもあり1か月前に予約。17時しか空いて無くて17時に予約。予約しないと大変なことになっていたと一安心。
当日は知らんかったんですが、熊本市の秋祭り。21時ごろまでやってるということでした。
祭見物や熊本城など見学に行きましたが・・・海外のうるさい人がいっぱいで天守閣には登れず・・・翌日リベンジすることに。
ということで17時の5分前に入店。しかし続々とお客さんが入ってきます。中には予約無しで来られてお断りされる方も多数。予約しといて良かった
2名なのでｶｳﾝﾀｰへ案内してもらい、まずは生ビール。すぐに温かい付だしが運ばれてきました。ミニおでん？かな？出汁が美味しくて飲み干しました
注文は馬刺し、タン刺し、一文字グルグル、揚げたて辛しレンコン、串焼き、もつ煮込み、カルビ焼き
馬刺しはサシが適度に入っていて柔らかくて噛むと肉の味もあっさりですがします。薬味のニンニクも国産でエグミがなくておいしかった。
タン刺しはあっさりしているんですが脂の味もしてうまかった。郷土料理の一文字グルグルも酢味噌が絶品でした。
辛しレンコンは揚げたてで地元ならではのおいしさ。
馬モツ煮込みも白みそ系でとてもすぐかみ切れるくらい柔らかいモツに合っていました。意外と串焼きやカルビ焼きが美味しかったです。
結局ビール2杯に赤霧島、白岳ロック 計4杯で押さえました。滞在は・・・1時間ちょい＾＾；外に出たら・・・まだ明るかった＾＾；
吉田類の気分でした(笑)同郷ですし。
お店では、いつも滞在の短い我が家です。
