For the 50 years since we opened, we have continued to focus on handmade dishes using Wagyu Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and carefully selected ingredients.
They mainly use ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture, including Kumamoto Kuroge Wagyu beef, Kumamoto Hiou pork, and Kumamoto Akadori chicken. They are certified by Kumamoto Prefecture and the Kumamoto
... Economic Federation to handle safe ingredients, and continue to use only safe ingredients. They have table seating, tatami rooms, and private rooms to cater for a variety of occasions. They are particular about making their sauces and dressings by hand using carefully selected ingredients. The owner (Shosenbo) has a sumi-e (ink painting) studio on the first floor.
