Our restaurant is extremely particular about using safe ingredients! We mainly use ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture, such as Kumamoto Prefecture Kuroge Wagyu Beef, Aso Akagyu Beef, Kumamoto Prefecture Hiou Pork, and Kumamoto Prefecture Akadori Chicken.

When choosing a yakiniku restaurant, the key point is not only the deliciousness of the meat, but also the sauce! We have a wide variety of sauces to choose from, including our new "Shio Koji Sauce," as well as "Soy Sauce Sauce," "Miso Sauce," "Ponzu Sauce," and "Tonic Garlic Miso"♪
For the 50 years since we opened, we have continued to focus on handmade dishes using Wagyu Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and carefully selected ingredients.

They are particular about making their sauces and dressings by hand using carefully selected ingredients. The owner (Shosenbo) has a sumi-e (ink painting) studio on the first floor.
