Food You can eat Yukhoe because it is made from horse meat!
Yukhoe, which has disappeared from Yakiniku (Grilled meat), can only be eaten with horse meat. ``Nishoku yukhoe'', a combination of yukhoe and green onion, is the second most popular item after horse sashimi.
Food There are many a la carte dishes using horse meat.
In addition to the standard horse sashimi and horse grill, there are many other a la carte items. Find your favorite dish to go with alcohol, such as Grilled skewer, horse Hamburg Steak, hamburger steak, cheek cutlet, and stewed tendon. To finish off, we recommend the iron pot rice with truffles and horse meat.
