熊本市並木坂の飲食店が沢山あるドルハウスの一階右の1番奥にある【おすし・割烹 とく寿】さんにお邪魔です。
マイレビ様の口コミを拝見して行きたくて何度かトライしましたがなかなかタイミングが合わず行けて無かったので嬉しいです。
店内はカウンター席と奥にテーブル席、上にのロフトタイプ？のお席があります。こちらの一階にあるお店はどこのお店も非常に似た作りになってますね。

【内容】
◯小鉢の盛り合わせ
湯葉のサラダ・山菜の煮物・小松菜とエノキのお浸し・枝豆と芋の和え物。どれも手作りで美味しいがサラダのドレッシングが凄い美味しかった！湯葉とシャキのサラダもGOODです！枝豆と芋の和え物も絶妙な味付けで日本酒が飲みたくなります！
◯魚のにぎり
イカ・マグロ・カンパチ・ヒラメ・サワラ。
ヒラメが肉厚で弾力が凄い！そして圧巻なのはサワラ！表面が炙ってあり脂の旨味がしっかりと出ておりアクセントに柚子胡椒が効いてます！
見た目も非常に綺麗なにぎり寿司です。
◯お野菜のにぎり
オクラ・山芋・エリンギ・湯葉・玉子。
私自身はあんまりお野菜のお寿司はほとんど食べた事が無く興味津々でしたがこれが美味しい！
特にエリンギ！茹でてあるんでしょうがしっかりと味があり美味しい！他のお野菜も酢飯との相性が抜群でした！
◯味噌汁
アオサの味噌汁でした。お寿司とバランスの取れたアオサの味しっかりのお味噌汁てす。
この金額帯で本格にぎり寿司を楽しめるお店は少ないと思いますので非常にありがたいお店です！
テイクアウトなども対応されてるようで店内は忙しそうでしたので、来店する場合は予約で訪問の方が良さそうです。
