熊本県熊本市、軽めにランチをと思い、お伺いしたのがこちらのお店。
低価格の鮨店ですが、特にランチは1,000円からのお値段設定なので、気になっていました。
お店は上乃裏エリアでして、ビルの奥にありますね。
12時オープンですが、知らずに11時50分ごろにドアを開けると、まだだけども席を取っておきますとのお言葉。
その際に寿司で良いですか？と問われ、Yesとお答えしました。
さて、12時になってお店に戻ると、カウンター席を２席確保頂いていました。
感染症対策もしっかりとされています。
ここで気付きますが、我々はお鮨1,000円ではなく、2,000円にしようと思っていたのですが、既に1,000円のお鮨でオーダーは進んでいるようです。
こりゃ残念…ですが、1,000円のお鮨の実力も知りたかったので、僥倖とも言うべきか。
まずは突出しが３種類、しっかりと美味しい。
そしてお寿司は、炙りや柑橘、大葉等の使い方が上手でして、舎利も適度に解ける感覚がグッド。
いや、これが1,000円のお鮨とは…嬉しい限りです。
また、後半は野菜鮨。
ここまで野菜に注力した鮨も珍しいのですが、それぞれの下処理が上手でして、爽やかに食べられる鮨に仕上がっています。
これが1,000円とはアッパレ！
