ほんとうに、オーナーさんが魚の目利き。
それは食べてみたらわかります。
しかも、どれも美味しいだけでなく、しっかりとボリュームがある！
甲イカの甘みをここまで活かす技量。
そして、天草のカキが三年ものの大ぶりが食べられるなんて。ぶりっぶりです。
ザギン(死語)では、これだけで3000円とかあるんじゃないの？っていうカキが食べられたー。生ガキをこの時期(じつは、この時期が天草のカキはうまいんです)で。
ビールも飲んだし、ワインも飲んだし、日本酒(鍋島)も小瓶で、シメに握りも。
正直にいえば、2人で3万円、ひとり15000円ぐらいかなぁと思ったけれど、10000円ちょっと？えっ？とびびるぐらいの安さ。
いや、ネタが大きくて、手間暇をかけた1品たちを堪能できたので、ちょっと安いよ！って思いました。
素晴らしいお店でした。
あと、夜も空いていますから。
開店の時間はGoogleみると正確です。
あのビルって当たりのお店がホント多いんだよなぁ。
