We aim to make pizza that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, simple yet never boring. Please try our piping hot pizza straight from the oven. AumAum means "munch, munch, munch" in the southern Italian dialect. We chose this name because we want you to eat to your heart's content. Our cheese and flour are from Campania, and most of the other
... ingredients are handmade. We especially use Italian vegetables and herbs from our own garden in salads, stir-fries, Fried food, and other appetizers. Although it takes a lot of work, we grow them without pesticides, and compared to the improved Japanese vegetables, our wild-like vegetables have strong personalities and are rich in nutritional value, aroma, and bitterness, so once you get used to them, you'll be hooked. We aim to be a unique pizzeria by using an abundance of less familiar Italian ingredients. We hope you will enjoy our restaurant.
