以前は現熊本市植木町の国道沿いのスペースで営業されてました
ピッツェリアルナさん、ご存知ですか？
おっ！と思わせる食感の生地を提供してくださるピザ屋さんでした
以前の外観と
一目見たら忘れられない釜
いつの間にか移転されてました
そして今夏に江津にて
店名をチーズ牧場と改めてオープンしております
秋口の風が吹く 今の季節にはもってこいの席

訪問したタイミングが悪く、先客がテイクアウトやイートインを大量注文した後
店主からは申し訳なさそうに すごく恐縮され、一言・・・・・
今日は1人でやっていてお時間が かなりかかります、いかがしましょう と
始めからそう一言いってくださることが私的にありがたく、せっかく来たのだから待ちますよ と返答。

文頭でも書いたように、こちらのお店のピッツァの最大の魅力は その生地。
生地自体は薄くなく どちらかと言えばレギュラー的な厚みです、が
焼きたてをイートインで頂くと、生地の厚みを感じさせない程の表面のパリッ！とした焼き具合
これは中々の好食感です♪
正直、熊本で生地そのものの美味しさを前面に出してるピッツァを出すとこって中々ありません
しっかりとした食感で生地の美味しさが味わえ、更に時間が経過すると
パリッと感は無くなってしまうんですが無くなっても、生地の良い香りはそのままに旨いピッツァが頂けます
テイクアウトだと箱に包まれてしまい湿気で生地の魅力がダウンしてしまいます
是非イートインで食べて貰いたいですね！
