I'm visiting Aum・Aum, 3-786-2, Gotsu, Higashi-ku, Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture. As soon as you turn from the East Bypass towards Gotsu, it's on your left, and there's a parking lot in front of the store that can accommodate about 4.5 cars! Inside the store, there's a cash register and a kitchen at the back, and there are tables at the back on the left. Order: Margherita Perati - 1,500 yen; Coke - 200 yen; Hot coffee - 200 yen *Prices are excluding tax. Margherita Perati There are two types of Margherita: regular Margherita and Margherita Perati. If you're ordering a Margherita, the Margherita Perati is recommended, so I chose this one! It seems that the buffalo mozzarella cheese they use is completely different! The large size Margherita has a thin crust, so I was able to finish it in no time! Lol I wanted to go with pizza and draft beer or red wine, but I had to settle for a Coke! LOL ◯ Salad They served it to me as a complimentary gift because they had some Italian Cuisine vegetables in it! The vegetables were crunchy and GOOD, and it was interesting because it was a type of vegetable I've never seen before! It was delicious when I put it on top of the pizza and ate it together! ◯ Cola They have a strong commitment to pizza and vegetables, so the contrast with the bottled cola was interesting! LOL ◯ Coffee I had hot coffee after the meal. Wet towels, cold water, small plates, etc. were all self-service. The interior of the restaurant was a wonderful shop with a design that was reminiscent of Italy!
